Let me begin by saying that Art and Design are my life! I can't imagine doing anything else for a career and I am so excited to further my experience in Graphic Design. I am Fluent in: Adobe Indesign CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS6, Adobe Illustrator CS6, in both Mac and PC. I have also worked with: Acrylic paint, Oil Paint, Water Color, Graphite Pencils, Charcoal, India Ink, Water color pencils and also some 3 dimensional studies.

 

I first began my studies at Londonderry High School, in Londonderry NH, where I attended as many Graphic Design and Art Classes that were available. Because I took all the classes, the teachers had to create independent studies for me, this is where I first began to blossom into the Graphic Designer I am today. In 2010 I was honored to draw a portrait of the retiring police chief, in Londonderry, my drawing was hung in the police station in memory of him. After high school I attended Northern Essex Community College where I earned my Associates degree in Graphic Design. Many of my Graphic pieces where shown in the annual NECC art shows. I also was published in the Parnassus Literary Magazine for my drawing "The Bird" which that year was voted first place winner of the ASPA award (American Scholastic Press Association).

 

Once I completed my Associates Degree at NECC I was faced with the choice of continuing my education to obtain a Bachelor's degree or to begin my graphic design career. I chose to utilize the education I had gained thus far combined with my drive, talent and self motivation to persue my career. I developed my portfolio landed a design position at "The Hippo" just six months after graduating from college in 2012.
